KENNESAW, Ga. (April 15-16, 2022) — The Truett McConnell men's track & field team traveled to compete at the KSU Invitational, hosted by Kennesaw State University on Friday-Saturday, where the Bears finished 7
th of 14 teams.

Leading the way for the Bears was
Sharod Cobb who finished first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.85. In the 4x400m relay featuring Hoy Thurman, Cobb,
Donald Swinson, and
Connor Morgan, the bears finished fourth (3:18.83).
Cooper Gibson placed fourth in the steeple chase (11:51.90).

In the field events,
Jake Hall placed sixth in javelin (44.12m) followed by
Simeon Lipsey in seventh (43.02m). Rounding out TMUs results,
Kyle Stringer placed sixth in the discus throw with a mark of 46.19m.
