Location: The TMU Athletic Communications office for staff is located in the TMU Student Wellness Center.
Game Operations & Home Event Management: The Athletic Communications office is responsible for the management and staffing for all home athletic contests for the department's 15 intercollegiate sports. Complimentary game day handouts with team rosters, schedules, results, notes and statistics are made available at the admissions table at each venue.
Media Services: Programs, lineups, statistics, standings and notes will be supplied at all home baseball, basketball, softball, soccer and lacrosse contests to accredited media representatives where applicable. Access to press row and press boxes at all TMU home events are for properly credentialed individuals only. For basketball games, live media stats are available to broadcasters during media time-outs and box scores are distributed at halftime with a complete final box score and play-by-play book available after the game in the press area.
Game Day Live Multimedia Coverage: All live footage of home athletic events will be streamed through BearsTV, and can be accessed through the Team1Sports App.
Visiting Radio Broadcasts: Visiting radio personnel desiring to broadcast athletics events at TMU are encouraged to contact the TMU Athletic Communications office at the earliest possible date to request permission to broadcast and confirmation of available space.
Photographers: Arrangements should be made with the Athletics Communications office by anyone who wishes to film or still photograph Truett McConnell games as a credential is required to take photographs from all approved areas at TMU sporting events. Flash photography is prohibited.
Interviews: All interviews with Truett McConnell University student-athletes and coaches should be set up through the Athletic Communications office. The best time to arrange interviews with student-athletes is in the afternoons on weekdays (when not interfering with student-athletes' class schedules). Interviews with coaches will be set up based on their individual schedules and will be facilitated through contacting the appropriate contact within the Athletic Communications office. Interviews at the conclusion of all home athletic events will be held after a 10-minute cooling off period.
