CLEVELAND, Ga. (October 3, 2023) – The Truett McConnell University competitive gaming team proved victorious in this week's matchups, securing two victories over Baker College in Rocket League and Gustavus Adolphus College in Overwatch 2. The Bears face off over Baker resulted in a forfeit win, while TMU showed their grit once again in Overwatch 2 with a 3-1 win over Gustavus.
 
The Bears showed out in Overwatch 2, featuring sharp performances by Adrian Berry, John Mark Caner, Charles Fenton, Zachary Hall and Jarod Valladares. TMU did not hold back as they outperformed the Gusties with a dominating overall score of 3-1.
