Â
"I think this year we are more energetic and together as a group," head coach
Tiek Fields said. "I think the want to do better is there."
Â
Truett will look to improve upon its statistics from last season. It was last in the AAC in points per game, field goal percentage, three-point percentage and average rebounds.
Â

Â

Â
"The biggest thing is we have to learn how to win and that requires players to step up," Fields said.
Â
Out of the 28 total games on the schedule, 13 will be played at Benjamin F. Brady Arena, a venue where the team saw a 4-8 record last season.
