CLEVELAND, Ga. (November 7, 2024) – The Truett McConnell University wrestling team is set to begin their 2024-25 season on the road against Appalachian Athletic Conference foe, No. 12 Reinhardt University, on Friday, November 8, with match-time set for 7:00 p.m.
 
TMU secured a seventh-place finish at the 2023-24 AAC Tournament, and recorded three top finishes, featuring returning senior Will Parker who finished fourth in the 184 weight class and senior Stanley Lal  who placed fifth overall in the 133-weight class. The Bears will be welcoming back 18 returners as well as welcoming 7 incoming Bears.
 
The Bears home opener will be held on Saturday, November 9, against No. 3 Southeastern University, with match-time set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
