MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Dec. 1, 2018) – Three Bears earned wins in the Truett McConnell University wrestling team's dual against Huntingdon College on Saturday afternoon. The Bears fell 24-11 to the Hawks.
John Garrison started out the dual with a solid win by a decision in the 125-weight class. No. 19 Jacob Taylor followed with another decision win in his 133-weight class (9-3) while Kendrik Koller rounded out the victories for the Bears with the only pin of the match in the first period in the 174-weight class.
Wals Edmond lost by just a single point in the closing minutes of the dual.
