CLEVELAND, Ga. (Nov. 8, 2018) – The Truett McConnell University wrestling team hosted Spartanburg Methodist College on Thursday evening for another nonconference dual match inside the Bear Cave. The Bears ultimately fell to the Pioneers (24-30).

Will Davidson (141), Jacob Power (149), Roody Edouard (157) and Ian James (165) all had notable performances recording four pins in a row for the Bears. James' pin in the second period put TMU out front as a team by 12 (24-12).

Up next, the Bears will be back on the road on Saturday, Nov. 17, for the Georgia Open in Franklin Springs, Georgia.
