CORBIN, Ky. – Truett McConnell University men's soccer senior Roman Reynolds is the Appalachian Athletic Conference Week 6 Offensive Player of the Week. 
 
Reynolds earns the honor after contributing two goals and an assist across two AAC matches last week. The attacker opened scoring in Athens, Tenn. on Wednesday in the 11^th minute then later followed his efforts with an assist to Carlos Ruiz to seal Truett McConnell's victory over the Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs 3-1. 
 
Last Saturday, Reynolds provided the game-tying goal to contribute to the Bears' upset of the No. 19 Union Commonwealth Bulldogs in a 3-2 instant classic.
 
The senior from Atlanta converted two scores on just three shot attempts in the week, capitalizing on the majority of his chances.
 
The award marks Reynolds' first conference recognition in his collegiate career. He has tallied four goals, six assists, and one game winner through eight starts in 2026 with a 65% shot on goal percentage.
 
Reynolds and the Bears will look to continue to generate award-worthy performances with a road match against Bryan College on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
