VALDOSTA, Ga. (February 17, 2026) – On Monday-Tuesday, the No. 21 Truett McConnell University Women's Golf team travelled to compete in the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invitational hosted by Dalton State College, where the Lady Bears recorded a fifth-place team finish out of eight teams after recording a team total of 945 through three rounds. TMU was featured besting No. 9 Southeastern University and No. 20 Cumberland University who both finished tied for sixth. No. 5 SCAD Atlanta was featured being crowned invite champions.Â

Steve Patton. "We welcomed back Nicoline and Tynley from injuries, established a new superstar in Abby, and beat two nationally ranked teams without one of our nationally ranked players. I'm excited to keep the ball rolling in a couple of weeks in Toccoa!"

Abby Bryant led the way for the Lady Bears finishing tied for tenth out of 43 after shooting an 80 in round one, 76 in round two and a 77 in round three.
Tynley Cotton (85, 75, 79) and
Nicoline Eide (83, 78, 78) followed closely behind finishing tied for 21
st while Sylken November finished tied for 24
th (80, 82, 79).

Up next, the Lady Bears will travel to compete in the Currahee Club Invitational hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University at the Currahee Golf Club Monday, March 2 – Tuesday, March 3.Â
