JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – Nicoline Eide led the way for Truett McConnell women's golf at the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational this past weekend.
 
The senior from Norway placed T-13^th overall with a score of +16. By stroke, she shot a score of 81 in round one, 72 in round two and 79 in round three.
 
As a ream, the Lady Bears placed T-4^th out of 15 teams, finishing tied with The Citadel and above Milligan, who placed in 6^th. Southeastern won the tournament as a team and possessed four of the top six golfers.
 
Other TMU athletes placing in the tournament were Abby Bryant in 21^st place, Brianna Bassett in T-22^nd and Tynley Cotton with a T-26^th placement.
 
The team is back on the course on Sept. 25 through Sept. 27 at the Tennessee Wesleyan Fall Invite in Vonore, Tenn.
