PLAY-BY-PLAYÂ
In the first half, the Bears retained control of the game with a goal by Jovica Lazarevic, assisted by Marcos Martinez(1-0). An unassisted goal in the 32nd minute by Pablo Farrona increased TMU's lead to 2-0 as both teams entered halftime.
The Bears found the back of the net once more in the second half as a foul by the Lions in the box gave Marco Mandelka the ability to capitalize on a penalty kick scoring opportunity (3-0). Two final goals by Josh Oliver (Guillermo Peino) and Peino (Toby Berry), proved TMU to be no contest as the Bears secured the shut-out victory, 5-0.
LEADERSÂ
Peino led the way for the Bears with one goal and one assist. Lazarevic followed with one goal, taking five shots, while Farrona, Mandelka and Oliver recorded one goal a piece. Martinez and Berry were each featured tallying one assist a piece.Â
