CLEVELAND, Ga. (October 25, 2025) – On Saturday, the No. 11 Truett McConnell University Women's Soccer team hosted Spartanburg methodist for their final regular season Appalachian Athletic Conference match-up where the Lady Bears recorded a 4-0 shutout victory over the Pioneers to finish the regular season with an undefeated conference record of 13-0. TMU improves to an overall record of 16-0-1 as they head into AAC Tournament play.

The Lady Bears found their rhythm midway through the first half when
Isabella Hodson capitalized in the 27th minute, finding the back of the net off an assist from
Celiane Pereira (1–0). Early in the second half, Hodson struck again in the 63rd minute, this time assisted by
Erin Ward, doubling TMU's lead (2–0). In the final minutes,
Saige Peterson added the final goals for the Lady Bears with back-to-back strikes in the 84th and 86th minutes, featuring a solo assist by
Annabel Trauschke, securing the 4–0 victory.

LEADERS
Hodson and Peterson led the way for the Lady Bears with two goals apiece. Pereira, Ward, and Trauschke each tallied assists. TMU dominated on the attack, outshooting Spartanburg Methodist 27–0 to control possession from start to finish.
