ACWORTH, Ga. (October 21, 2025) – On Monday-Tuesday, the No. 22 Truett McConnell University women's golf team traveled to compete in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Fall Preview hosted at the Governor's Towne Golf Club. The Lady Bears were featured securing a third-place team finish overall after recording a total score of 941 through three rounds. 
 
The Lady Bears were featured besting No. 24 Milligan University who finished in fourth. No. 5 SCAD Atlanta was crowned tournament champions while No. 16 the University of Pikeville finished runners-up.
 
Most notable, Sylken-Leigh November found an individual runner-up finish out of 64 golfers after shooting a 77 in round one, an impressive 72 in round two and a 73 in round three, proving capable of securing her spot on the All-Tournament Team. Brianna Bassett followed in eighth place after shooting a 79, 79, and 75. Tynley Cotton finished in 16^th (81, 79, 82), while Abby Bryant finished tied for 19^th (83, 84, 87).
