CLEVELAND, Ga. (January 22, 2024) – Eliska Dvorakova, a former member of the Truett McConnell University women's soccer team, has signed to play for the women's pro soccer team, FC Slovacko Zeny based out of Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic. 

Dvorakova, the four-time Appalachian Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year, graduated in December from TMU with her bachelor's degree, before returning home to play professionally for her home team. A Lethorad, Czech Republic native, Dvorakova is tied for the most assists in a single season at TMU with 17 assists in the 2021 season. Dvorakova also holds the record for single season shots and shots on goal, both set in the 2022 season.

In her time as a Lady Bear, Dvorakova played a total of 5,534 minutes across 84 games, recorded 71 goals, 46 assists, and 13 game winning goals. She has been featured earning three NAIA All-American Titles in the 2021, 2023, and 2024 seasons. 

"I am so excited for Eliska," said head Women's Soccer Coach David McDowell. "During her four years with us she performed at an incredible level daily. Her standard is excellence, and she demonstrated that in everything she did. Not only did she perform at such a high level, but she made everyone else around her better. It has been an honor to coach her, and I know she will do amazing things at the professional level, and I look forward to tracking her career with FC Slovacko Zeny."
