MONTREAT, N.C (January 16, 2025) – On Thursday, the RV Truett McConnell University wrestling team traveled to compete in an Appalachian Athletic Conference dual match-up against Montreat College where the Bears were featured recording a win against the Cavaliers, 38-17. 

Most notable, Tyler Ramos (133), Elijah Mullins (149) and Will Parker (184) were featured recording falls in their respected weight classes, while Chase Bond (157) and Phillip Terrell (285) recorded major decision wins against their opponents to contribute to the Bears team win.

Up next, TMU will travel to Lakeland, Fla. on Saturday, January 18 to compete in the Southeastern Open hosted by Southeastern University.
