MATCH 1 | 0-3
The Rams were quick to jump on the Bears with a three point rally. A kill from Nathan Hill and Kaleb Mitchell helped put TMU on the board. A five point rally that included kills from Hill and Owen Nobles continued to cut the deficit. Another rally with kills from Hill and an ace from Hill brought the Bears within three, but ultimately couldn't muster enough speed to seal the deal. In set two, kills from Ryan Stokes, Hill and Nobles started the Bears out strong. However, the Rams were able to gather strong rallies. A service ace from Jackson Adams and a block by Saintilmond and Nobles weren't enough (21-25). In the final set, the Bears struggled to keep a competitive pace, as a kill from Adams and Mitchell proved not enough, leaving TMU to fall 10-25.

Set two saw the Bears gain speed as they put the lead in range after a Mitchell kill and taking advantage of Midway errors. Once again, Midway took strong runs to secure the win in set two (19-25).
