CLEVELAND, Ga. (Mar. 20, 2021) – For the second time this season, the Truett McConnell University men's volleyball team suffered a sweep against Mid-South Conference foe Warner University (25-9, 25-7, 25-10). The Bears fell to 0-11, 0-11 MSC on the season, while the Royals recorded their 10th straight win to improve to 10-2, 10-2 MSC.

The Royals scored six unanswered points early in the first set before closing out their first win of the night on a 7-0 run (9-25). TMU dug themselves too big of a hole in game two with Warner opening up the set on a 11-1 run to eventually claim their second win (7-25). The third set saw the Bears score as much as 10 but the Royals maintained their momentum as they secured their second TMU sweep of the season (10-25).

Individually,
Kaleb Mitchell led with four kills, while
Kyle Trammell followed with three. Trammel also led with two blocks.
Jackson Adams led with six digs, while
Wensky Saintilmond,
Nathan Hill and
Ethan Conners had two apiece. Saintilmond also had nine assists.

Up next, the Bears are back on the road for the Mid-South Conference Crossover at Cumberland University where they will face Cumberland, Midway University and Georgetown College on Friday, Mar. 26 – Saturday, Mar. 27.Â
