CLINTON, S.C. (December 8, 2021) – On Wednesday, the (RV) Truett McConnell University wrestling team traveled to compete against Presbyterian College, where the Bears battled but fell to a final match score of 38-7.

Most notable, junior Geowel Silvestre captured the first win of the night, with an 11-4 decision win over the Scotties in the 141 weight class. Junior Mitchell Thompson found success in the 165 weight class, featuring a 15-7 major decision win for his fifth straight victory.
