Biography

High School - Joe Hulen is a 2012 graduate of Creekview High School in Canton, Ga.  He was a 2012 state placer and a High School All American as a member of the Jr. National Greco Team from Ga.

At TMC -Joe was a starter in 2012-13 in the 141# weight class and was second on the team with 24 wins, had two tournament placing’s and one tournament championship.He was awarded the “Most Improved” for last year’s team. Washington and Lee Invitational Champion. Wrestling MVP in 2015. Named Male Athlete of the Year in 2015. NAIA Academic All-American and Dean's List.

Personal - Joe also was a referee for the Freestyle / Greco Nationals this summer in Fargo ND.Joe is majoring in history and plans to be a teacher and wrestling coach. Parents:Tim & Susan Hulen. Married to Danica Hulen.
