Biography
Junior Year: In her junior campaign, Mellare scored two goals and an assist in 22 games. She scored goals against Reinhardt and St. Andrews.
Sophomore Year: Meredith played in her first collegiate season this past year as she came off the ACL injury her freshman year. Her ability, leadership and determination were evident as she played in all 19 games starting in 4. Meredith scored one goal, which was the game-winning goal against Milligan College, and recorded 2 assists. Her spring season was very good as she cemented her position in the starting 11 and also won the ‘Most Improved’ award among the team. She will being the 2015 season hoping to have a big impact on the season.
Freshman Year: Meredith red-shirted her freshman year as she recovered from an ACL tear she sustained during her senior year of high school. She had a great spring season demonstrating a strong defensive awareness and willingness to get forward.
Brookwood High School: Played varsity soccer for 3 years. Captain for Brookwood in senior year. Got to final 4 in state playoffs in senior year. Captain for club multiple times. Lettered in cross-country in 2012. Lettered in orchestra in 2011.
