Carsen Taylor is entering into her first season as the women's soccer graduate assistant.
Taylor, a Leesburg, Georgia, native, played for Cobb FC in high school under the tutelage of Ben Parks while they were ranked number one in the state of Georgia for U18 and Taylor's U19 team went to Nationals the following year.
Taylor played four years of soccer at NCAA DI Jacksonville State University. A four year starter, Taylor logged in over 5,000 minutes in her college career. Taylor holds her undergraduate degree in early childhood and elementary education from Jacksonville State and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in education at TMU.
Taylor is the daughter of Dennis and Laura Taylor and has one sister named Mackenzie, a freshman for the women's soccer team starting in the fall 2018. Away from the field, Taylor likes to spend her time outdoors hiking with her dog and spending time with her family and friends.
