Biography

At TMC: Pickens played in all 16 rounds for the Lady Bears this past season. She accumulated her personal best scoring average of 93.8. During her sophomore season Pickens fired her career best round of 84 at the Piedmont Spring Invitational. She also had a top 10 finish at the Georgia Mountains Trophy. She was the recipient of the 2012-2013 Most Improved award for the Lady Bears golf program.

High School: Pickens played for four years for Banks County High. She received the teams most improved award for during her junior and senior seasons.
 
Personal: Laura Pickens is from Homer, Ga. She is the daughter of Jeff and Rita Pickens and has one older sister. She is majoring in sports management as well as marketing.
