Ebony Battle

Ebony Battle is entering into her third year as the assistant women's basketball coach.

Battle is a former top assistant/recruiting coordinator at the University of Northwestern Ohio. Battle was in charge of player development and coached school record-breaking athletes, including an All-Conference Player.

Battle also formerly served at Southern Union State Community College as an assistant. In those two years, each student-athlete graduated and received a scholarship to play at the next level.

As a player, Battle won the Region XVII and District J Championship which earned the birth to the National Tournament. While at Montreat College, Battle helped lead her team to the longest wing streak in school history (14-0). Battle's squad held a 45-15 overall record in two years and individually Battle is the third on Montreat's single season rebounding list.

Battle earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and recently earned her Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration.
