Mark Corbin is entering into his fifth season as the head women’s volleyball coach. Corbin, a Pennsylvania native, came to TMU with an ample amount of experience in coaching and education.

Corbin attended Northland International University in Dunbar, Wisconsin, where he played on the men's volleyball team and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Bible.

After college, Corbin began his career teaching, coaching and was athletic director in various high schools in Delaware, West Virginia, Florida and South Carolina. He coached both men's and women's volleyball at the high school level for 13 years, as well as club volleyball for six years. Before coming to TMU, Corbin spent a year as assistant coach at Bob Jones University, where he helped guide the Bruins to the program's first ever NCCAA DII National Championship. In addition to his coaching experience, Corbin has officiated volleyball for eight years at various levels.

Since arriving at TMU, Corbin has played a major role in the addition of the men's volleyball team (2020-2021) and the women's beach volleyball team (2021-2022). His current role at TMU is the Director of Volleyball, overseeing each of the volleyball programs, in addition to head coach of the women's indoor volleyball and women's beach volleyball teams. Corbin has helped guide these programs to many new school records and individual accolades, including several AAC All-Conference First Team, Second Team and Freshmen Team members, 2020 AAC Setter of the Year (Abby Maxwell), 2020 AVCA Region Setter of the Year (Abby Maxwell) and 2020 AVCA All American (Abby Maxwell). Multiple of Corbin's former players are currently coaching at various levels.

Corbin, his wife Jen, and three children, Gianna (13), Aria (11), and Ian (8) currently reside in Demorest, Ga. and are active members at Hollywood Baptist Church in Clarkesville, Ga.
