High School: 2-time All Region..Athlete of the Year..All-State..Most Defensive Award..Albany All-Area Team.

Personal: Son of Lakeshia and Gregory Elder. Both of his parents attended Albany State University...his mother ran track and his father played baseball...his mother is now an Athletic Director at Southside Middle School and his father is a 20 year veteran of the Albany Polic Force and is now the Assistant Chief of Police at Albany State University...in his free time he enjoys singing and playing basketball...Gregory played four sports in high school: basketball, baseball, golf and football...he helped win a state championship in football and received All-region...he also receive All-Region and All-State in both basketball and baseball.
