ADAIRSVILLE, Ga. (APRIL 22, 2026) – On Tuesday-Wednesday, the Truett McConnell University men's golf team traveled to compete at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship at Barnsley Gardens, where the Bears finished third out of 14 teams with a final team score of 922 and end their 2026 season.
Leading the way for TMU was Luke Iverson, who delivered a consistent tournament to finish inside the top 10, placing 9th overall at +10. Close behind him, Matthew Bible capped off an impressive week by earning Second Team All-Conference honors for the season while also securing a 12th-place finish at +13 in the championship.
Daley Williams added to the team's success with a solid performance of his own, finishing 13th at +14 and giving the Bears three players in the top 15. Rhys Graham battled through the field to place 36th at +25, while freshman Landon Wells gained valuable experience in his first conference championship appearance, finishing 47th at +31.
