The Lady Bears played with heart, out shooting the Phoenix 12-5, but ultimately fell to a final score of 1-0.

PLAY-BY-PLAY
In the first half, shots by Eliska Dvorakova and Nadiia Ivanchenko attempted to put the Lady Bears on the board. TMU continued to control the field as Dvorakova and Julia Ruiz each took a shot but were unable to find the back of the net, holding Cumberland 0-0.

In the second half, two shots from Chrissy Mitchell and a wide header by Ximena Solis Zegarra gave the Lady Bears hope.
