ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (Dec. 13, 2018) – Senior Christian Davis led the Truett McConnell University men's basketball team to a nonconference road win against Mid-Atlantic Christian University on Saturday, 75-60. The Bears improved to 6-5, 2-5 AAC on the year.

Davis put up 20 points, 15 of which came in the second half, going 4-for-7 from the field and 4-for-11 from behind the 3-point arc and added three steals. Sophomores Calvin White and Myles Monroe added 12 points apiece. White recorded another double-double with the addition of 10 rebounds. Kai Lambert made his junior year debut scoring nine and leading with three assists while freshmen Antonio Bonilla earned a season high of nine points.  

The Bears led the Mustangs by eight points at the half but by as many as 27 points with three minutes to go in the game. In fact, TMU forced 24 Mid-Atlantic turnovers.
