CLEVELAND | Despite a record performance from
Emily Shamblin, the Truett McConnell lacrosse team fell at the hands of Asbury University, 22-4, in the AAC opener Monday afternoon.

Emily Shamblin ended the match with 27 saves, a school record for the Bears.
Goal scorers included
Olivia Godfrey with two goals and an assist,
Erin Atkins and
Kaitlynn Kubin. McKenzie Noggle also earned an assist.
The Bears will next travel to St. Andrews on Tuesday, March 21, for a 2 p.m. start.
