No. 23 Reinhardt Races Past Women's Basketball

WALESKA, Ga. | The Truett McConnell women's basketball team could not keep up with the hot shooting of the No. 23 Reinhardt Eagles in an 81-51 contest Saturday afternoon.

Reinhardt outscored the Bears 28-8 in the opening quarter behind 7-for-11 shooting from beyond the three-point line and coasted on to the win.

Ariana Sanders led the way for TMU with 18 points.

The Bears will close out play in the Bear Cave on Wednesday as they host Point University. Tip off is set for 5:30 p.m.
