CLEVELAND | The Truett McConnell men's soccer team fell to the 13th-ranked Union Bulldogs Saturday afternoon, 3-1, at the TMU Soccer Complex. Union scored three unanswered goals to get the win.
The Bears struck first as
Tyrik Francis found the net in the 55th minute of play to take a 1-0 lead.
Union scored the final three goals of the game, with the game winner coming in the 75th minute on a penalty kick from Luke Hitchman that goal keeper
Evan Gaffney got a hand on but pushed it into the post and the goal.
The Bears will look to get back on the winning track Wednesday as they welcome Tennessee Wesleyan to the TMU Soccer Complex for a 4:30 p.m. kickoff.
