Box Score On Tuesday night, September 2, the Lady Bears opened their season with a home match against Dalton State College. Prior to the start of the match, Truett-McConnell's President, Dr. Emir Caner, served the first serve of the season. The Roadrunners defeated the Bears (18-25, 15-25, 14-25).
 
The Lady Bears will travel to Montgomery this weekend to participate in the Faulkner Invitational. They will play against opponents Freed-Hardeman and Webber International on Friday, September 5, and against Southeastern University and Spring Hill College on Saturday, September 6.
